Hello Ladies,
I'm ready to become financially free ! I'm just finishing up "Rich Woman" and I'm starting to re-read "Rich Dad Poor Dad". I have a pretty good idea of how I can become financially free and why.I just need a little help getting started. Just to give you all an idea of my current situation.
I'm 22 years old
A senior in college
No children,no spouse
Just me and my bills and of course student loans out the wazoo!
My credits not great. But I am currently working to repair my score
and I've been saving 20 dollars a week in a high interest savings account for a little under a year.
I would like to initiate a little "cash flow" by investing in precious metals( just to get my feet wet),before eventually getting into real estate. However, my grandmother is encouraging me to purchase a home now (with her gift$$$) and prepare to rent it out in a year when I graduate. I just need a little advice on how to get started. I have no Idea what needs to be done to purchase real-esate and I'm trying to do my homework on investing in precious metals but I'm not sure which sources are reliable. If you ladies have and idea where I could start I'd greatly appreciate a push in the right direction.
I'm also interested in joining an investment club. I attend school in Alabama so I'm there about 10 months out of the year. Otherwise I'm in my home town of Philadelphia. So any tips on finding an investment club I'm all ears!
Thanx In Advance
