If you have a company from home, it's not a position. You own your own company. I'm partnered with a 51 y.o. "green" company for close to 10 years now. I have business partners all across the U.S., and more recently in Mexico. I'm looking for additional team members in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Japan & Taiwan. It's a lot of fun! And it's a business with a much larger vision than just money, although the money is there as well. A little or a lot, depending on what someone wants to do with it. There's excellen front-end income as well as residual or back-end income for the future. My company is in my Will - so my kids will inherit it. It's an asset - they'll be able to continue to run it for monthly, or they can sell it.
