Hi Kim, Hi everyone!

I loved your book, Kim.  I have started taking steps to be involved with real estate investing and it's fun to make progress.  My sister is reading your book as well, and we have formed our first llc and are looking actively for our first rental.  My husband and I have done RE investing together and co-own about 55 units but it's time I also do some things on my own. 

I am also involved in network marketing.  I love it. 

I have two small boys and a wonderful husband.  We live in the Pacific Northwest where it is really cold right now but also beautiful.  Thanks for reading this and I hope your day is fantastic!
