I was extremely inspired by this book until I started questioning the prices of properties given as examples. $100,000.00 for a house and $300,000 for a set of units! Looking in the paper today I couldn't even find a house/single unit for under $200,000.00. Average of $350,000. We are looking at over a million for units!

 Max rent I could get it $300 a week but the morgage is about $500 a week!

Am I missing something? Please tell me I have miss read something. I want to be a Rick Woman!
