Hi everybody!

I hope this post will help some of you... I am a big fan of Rich Dad's books. I've been reading almost every "purple book" I've found in the last year... But, unfortunately, not all of the books were translated into my language yet (I'm from Romania). They motivated me a lot and, finally, I was able to determine which direction I want to go.

I'm still a student and I don't have a job yet. In my situation, I'm not sure how can I get into the real estate deals... I basically have no "stable" income and I guess banks only lend money based on your income. If anyone can give me some advice here I would very much appreciate it.

Despite I don't have a job yet, I've still found a way to build my asset column. I think it looks like creating my own real estate and renting it for a monthly passive income... I've figured out that web pages behave almost the same as real estate... the only difference is that I can "build" them for free and I can improve the "area" as I want. Let's say you have a blog... every new post you write there acts like a piece of real estate: you put some "tenants" there (advertising - banners, etc) and, then, you improve the "area" in order to ask them for more money (you promote your web pages a little bit). At the begining, the "bad area" thing can be frustrating, but, as you start building more and more "buildings", your income starts to grow too. And the best thing is that your assets stay there! Every time you create a new one, your asset column grows! And so does your income!

At this moment I'm able to pull about $100 per month and I'm really happy about this! That's because I can stop "building" any time I want without stopping my income...

I didn't have any of the technical skills needed to run my own blog, but that didn't stop me. There are many services out there where you can start for free and without any techie skills. I've came across www.learniacs.com and all I needed to do was start writing my assets!

Please let me know what do you think about this method... tell me about your own methods of creating assets and, if you can help me with that real estate issue I have... I'd be very happy! Thank you for reading all this stuff... I hope someone will find it useful.
