I am new here so please bare with me.

I have always been curious to how it all works in the real estate market, everyone says I would be great at it because I am so friendly, but I do not know if I follow the concept, It seems to be so many steps and uncertainties in that field.I am a single Mom with 3 teen daughters si the risk is some what there.

My daughters tell me that they want to do Real Estate  they see the potential in it.

How is it for any one else who is a single mum???Tell me your feelings????
