About Lisa Sessions
I'm a 26 year old real estate investor. I started into real estate at 20. My parents offered to have me partner w/ them in buying a small SF house w/ 14 acres. We subdivided the property and sold 8 lots plus the original house. We used the profits to pay off debt and buy more RE.
I began to really get into real estate for myself during my deployment to Iraq in Nov 04 w/ the Maine National Guard. I watched movies and read a lot to pass the time. Someone told me about Rich Dad. I bought "retire young" and listened to it. Thats when the RE seeds began to sprout! Now I own a ski condo and a 6 unit apartment building. I'm looking into purchasing MY first home as well as more income properties.
