I want to start a group in Boston. What is the best way to do this? Advertising...finding people who are interested...etc. I have the guidelines, a good place (I hope) to meet, and I am CRAZY excited about it. Thanks for any advice you might have!

I am in Elkton,MD and interested in meeting with others. I am a beginner, am moving quickly through RichDad books and playing Cashflow 101 with my family at home. I am planning a 1031 due to inheritance and am very motivated as I don't want to messit up.I would enjoy networking and sharing ideas with others locally.
