I was extremely inspired by this book until I started questioning the prices of properties given as examples. $100,000.00 for a house and $300,000 for a set of units! I'm just curious what the word is on getting started in Real Estate Investing! If you don't own your own house, does is make sense to buy a rental property and keep renting yourself? It says in Rich Dad that a house is a liability, not an asset, which I can definitely see. But how do you start? Buy a duplex? Live in the other half? ...
