    Hey there  I think it's like return on investment. In other words, the amount of money you get back (in cash) divided by the initial investment, and then multiplied by 100 to get it in a percentage

    Hi ladies, Oops! I think I posted this question in Community, rather than here in Real Estate. So here it is again. Could someone explain this term to me again? I'm not sure I understand it in the practical sense. thank you!

    I keep seeing the phrase "cash-on-cash return"... but I don't have a clue how to figure it out? How do you determine the multiplier?    Thanks!
