  • REIT's How does this stack up?

    I was looking at REIT's as an investment vehicle.  Has anyone looked at them?  How does this stack up against other forms of real estate investing?  What do you think?   Laura Klaine

    Closing costs are determined by the bank/mortgage broker - they are the price one pays them for service.  There's no formula, but you can always ask for a Good Faith Estimate prior to the closing that will show exactly what they are and the breakdown of those costs.
