In todays market, forclosures are your best bet. Research the Internet, and learn about REO, that is when a house goes to auction for non-payment of mortgage, does not sell, and the real estate is returned to the BAnk, the lender. Great deals to had in this situation.
GOod luck. and have fun.

You go, girl!! Do you own Ken McElroy's book, The ABC's of Real Estate Investing? I think it may have exactly what you're looking for. I'm also in the coaching program, and this book is recommended in one of the modules - forget which one. I'm looking at properties in St. Louis, and in Champaign-Urbana, IL, working with ...
