    Hello aniemeier - Thank yu for weighing in on the subject matter of Tax lien Certificates. Yes, I do know - thanks for putting it on the Forum. The Interest on the tax lien cerificate is mandated by each state - is a fixed rate, and the reason people buy the Tax Lien Certificates is because of the very high rate of return.     P.S. - Accordingly, Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Man Poor Man, on pg 148, has small portfolio in tax liens and earns 16%. this information obtained on Internet.   Additionaly, I worked for a successful Real Estate Investment company and they had a small portfolio in Tax Liens.

  • ANY EXPERIENCE WITH BUYING TAX LIEN CERTIFICATES?
